This is the general privacy policy for all Android apps published by Cold Harbor of Calyx ("we", "us"). It explains what data our apps process, why, and where it goes. Individual apps may provide a more specific policy; where they do, the app-specific policy prevails. Our apps are designed to work on your device — the content you create and your usage history are not uploaded to us.
1. Data Our Apps Collect and Process
1.1 Advertising identifiers (Google AdMob)
Our apps are ad-supported via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect the advertising ID and device identifiers and use them for ad delivery, attribution, and fraud prevention, subject to your consent choices (users in the EU/UK are asked via a UMP consent dialog).
Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Android Settings (Ads / Privacy).
1.2 Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage through aggregated event counts (e.g., task_start, task_success, ad impressions). Events contain no content you create and no personal identity information (name, email, contacts, location).
1.3 Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and device state at the time of a crash, to keep our apps stable. Crash reports do not include the content you create.
1.4 Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config)
Parameters such as ad frequency caps are remotely configurable via Firebase Remote Config. It does not collect user data.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
No account, no sign-up, no personal information (name, email, phone)
No location data; no contacts, call logs, SMS, or microphone access
The content you create and your in-app history are stored only locally on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party
